We take your privacy seriously. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you join our waitlist, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988).
When you join the founders waitlist we ask for your name, email address, mobile number, your suburb, and the type of storage you are interested in. That is all.
We use your details only to: (1) tell you when bookings open and confirm your founders discount; (2) ask what unit sizes and locations you want so we build the right thing; and (3) answer any questions you send us. We will not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
Your details are seen only by the Morrow family and the tools we use to run the waitlist (a form-delivery service that emails your submission to us, and our email provider). We do not share your details with advertisers.
Until bookings open and you decide whether to become a customer, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@bigtopstorage.com.au and we will action it within 7 days.
Our website does not use tracking cookies. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may record that you clicked the ad under their own privacy policy.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email us first and we will do our best to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
